Three Rivers Hotel & Casino

A Native American gaming facility located in Eugene, Oregon. This was our first foray into the Native American Gaming Industry. Due to the success of this project, CVC has launched a strategic partnership with ROI Gaming and Wright Development to provide turnkey hotels for this market segment. CVC Hospitality provided value engineering and procurement services for this new hotel component that included 87 traditional rooms, 3 junior suites, and 3 deluxe suites.
